Description
In 1991 artist Louise Soloway Chan was commissioned to create an artwork to mark the retirement of Peter Scott, Chairman of the Oxford House Council. This is a pen sketch attached to a sheet where Louise described her intentions for the piece in response to a call-out for submissions.
